Author: I’m 16 and I’m looking into some colleges/schools to become a Pastry Chef. What would be the best school to go to in terms of getting the best education possible. I want to become a celebrity pastry chef. Its my passion and I love it!!! But, I need to start off by going to the best school/college! Help!!!
Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas Used to have to go to Paris for Le Cordon Bleu so you’re lucky. Saying your trained at Cordon Bleu is like saying you are Harvard educated in the business world. Here http://www.chefs.edu/Las-Vegas. Or you can talk a restaurant like the chinese laundry into hiring you as a dishwasher and work your way up at your own pace. ( sometimes faster than school, sometimes not)
