Author: I am looking in to a crash course … but could not find anything . and no art institutes in the area carry sushi under culinary arts.
there are none in the area even if there is I wouldn’t recommend, it’ll be waste of time and money. there is one in California, unless you really have the money to burn. your best bet is on the job training. if you really want to learn sushi.
